We share our building with partner practitioners and rent rooms by the hour or the day — treatment rooms, a rehab floor, the Pilates studio, a rooftop meeting room and a podcast room.
Partners
Care rarely sits inside one discipline. These are the partners we refer to and share space with. Descriptions below are placeholders for review — each partner will confirm their own wording before launch.
Partner clinic contact for cases that need medical imaging, injections or a specialist opinion beyond conservative care. Referral pathway to be described here.
Fitness and training partner. Members are screened here before starting or returning to loaded training, and coaches receive a written summary of restrictions and progressions.
Our own Pilates studio, upstairs. Reformer and mat sessions used as the movement half of rehabilitation programs, and open to non-patients for regular classes.
Wellness and recovery partner for services outside our clinical scope — recovery sessions, wellness programming and events. Scope and pricing to be confirmed.

Rent a space
All rates are on request and depend on frequency and time of day. Regular weekly bookings are cheaper than one-off hire. Reception cover, laundry and consumables can be included.
