No. You can book directly with any of our departments. If we find something during screening that needs medical assessment or imaging, we will tell you and help arrange the referral.

Plan for about an hour. We take a full history, screen for red flags, and run orthopaedic and movement testing — often with a digital posture scan. We then explain what we found, treat if it is appropriate on the day, and give you two or three exercises in writing. You leave knowing what the plan is and what it costs.

Comfortable clothing you can move in — shorts or leggings and a t-shirt are ideal. We need to see the area we are assessing, and we will ask you to do some movements. Bring trainers if your problem involves walking, running or the feet, and bring the shoes you wear most if it is a foot assessment.

We issue detailed invoices and treatment summaries that most international insurers accept for reimbursement. Direct billing depends on your provider — send us your policy details before your visit and we will tell you what we can do. Vietnamese public health insurance does not cover our services.

Please give us at least 12 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged, and a package session may be counted as used. Emergencies and illness are always handled sensibly — just tell us.
