Products we stock
Recovery, taping, training and foot items we use in the clinic and can supply directly. We only stock things we actually use with patients — if something on this list is not right for you, we will say so.
Prices confirmed in clinic — ask at reception
Supplements are not medical treatment. Anything we stock in the supplements category is a food product. It is not a medicine, it does not treat or cure disease, and it is never a replacement for something your doctor prescribed. If you are pregnant, taking anticoagulants or managing a chronic condition, check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting anything new.
How we sell. No commission targets and no pressure. We recommend a product only when it makes a specific plan easier to follow — a resistance band you will actually use at home, an insole that lets you stand through a shift, a night splint that gets you through the first six weeks of heel pain.
Ordering
Availability, sourcing and fitting
Order on request
Not held in stock, usually because of size or model variation. Typical wait is a few days to two weeks depending on the supplier.
Made to measure
Custom insoles and similar items require an assessment and a foot capture first, then a fitting and a two-week comfort review.
International sourcing
Some rehab and clinical items are imported. Where local equivalents perform the same, we will tell you and save you the wait.
Practitioner pricing
Partner practitioners and studios working in the building can ask about bulk pricing for tape, bands and consumables.
Returns
Hygiene items cannot be returned once opened. Unused sealed items and unopened supplements can be exchanged — ask at reception.
