Six departments, one shared patient file

We are a musculoskeletal clinic first. Every department below starts from the same thing: an assessment, an explanation you can understand, and a plan with a realistic timeline. If your problem is outside our scope, we will say so and refer you.

Department 01

Chiropractic

Hands-on assessment and treatment of spine and joint problems, combined with exercise so that the improvement holds.

Chiropractic care at the clinic is conservative and assessment-led. We use joint mobilisation and manipulation, soft-tissue work and joint-specific mobility drills to reduce pain and restore movement — then we load the area with exercise so the change lasts. We do not claim to cure disease, and we do not treat conditions outside the musculoskeletal system.

What we commonly see

  • Neck pain, stiffness and tension headaches
  • Low back pain, including disc-related leg pain
  • Mid-back and rib pain from desk work
  • Shoulder, hip and knee joint restriction
  • Postural overload — “upper cross” and “lower cross” patterns
  • Recurrent sprains that never fully settled

What a session looks like

  • First visit: history, red-flag screening, orthopaedic and movement testing
  • Explanation of findings, on screen, before any treatment
  • Manual treatment: mobilisation, manipulation where appropriate, soft-tissue release
  • Two or three exercises to take home, in writing
  • Follow-ups are shorter and focus on progression and re-testing

Who it is for

Adults and adolescents with mechanical pain — pain that changes with position, movement or load. It is a good fit if you want to understand your problem and take an active role. It is not the right first step for suspected fracture, infection, inflammatory arthritis flare, cancer-related pain or progressive neurological loss; those need medical assessment, and we will refer you.

Department 02

Traditional Chinese Medicine

Acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion and herbal consultation, delivered by a licensed TCM practitioner and coordinated with your rehab plan.

Traditional medicine is part of everyday healthcare in Vietnam, and many patients want it alongside manual therapy. Our TCM department works from the same patient file as the rest of the clinic, so treatment is complementary rather than parallel. We are transparent about the evidence: acupuncture and dry needling have reasonable support for several musculoskeletal pain problems, and we frame them as symptom-management tools inside a broader plan, not as cures.

What we offer

  • Acupuncture for musculoskeletal pain
  • Dry needling of myofascial trigger points
  • Cupping and gua sha for muscular tension
  • Moxibustion and warming techniques
  • Herbal consultation (Đông y) with written guidance
  • Advice on sleep, digestion and stress patterns that affect pain

What a session looks like

  • TCM intake: pulse, tongue and symptom pattern review
  • Explanation of what will be used, and consent
  • Single-use sterile needles, retained 15–25 minutes
  • Optional cupping or moxibustion at the end
  • Notes added to your shared clinic file

Who it is for

Patients with persistent muscular pain, tension headaches, stress-related tightness, or who prefer to include traditional medicine in their care. Tell us if you take anticoagulants, are pregnant, have a bleeding disorder or a pacemaker — some techniques are then modified or avoided. Herbal products are not a substitute for prescribed medication; we will not ask you to stop anything your doctor prescribed.

Department 03

Rehabilitation & physiotherapy

Progressive exercise as the main treatment, supported by equipment: DTS spinal decompression, high-intensity laser therapy (HILT) and shockwave therapy.

Machines do not fix people; loading does. Our rehab department builds a progression from pain-free movement to full capacity, and uses modalities to make that progression tolerable in the early phase. Every program has a start point, a re-test date and an exit plan. If you have an on-site Pilates block, sessions run in the Pilat'Nest studio upstairs.

What we commonly treat

  • Disc-related low back and neck pain
  • Rotator cuff pain and shoulder impingement patterns
  • Tendinopathy: Achilles, patellar, gluteal, elbow
  • Post-sprain and post-operative return to sport
  • Deconditioning, chronic pain and fear of movement
  • Sport-specific strength and mobility gaps

Equipment we use

  • DTS spinal decompression — intermittent traction for radiating spinal pain, typically in short courses
  • HILT laser therapy — high-intensity laser used for painful tendon and joint structures
  • Shockwave therapy — for stubborn tendinopathy and plantar heel pain
  • Reformer & studio equipment — for controlled loading and progression

What a session looks like

Re-test of your key measure first (range, strength, a movement, a pain score), then the day's modality if one is planned, then supervised exercise with coaching on tempo and load. You leave with the same program written down, and we adjust it every two to three weeks. Expect to do something at home most days — that is where most of the progress comes from.

Department 04

Scoliosis care

Structured assessment, curve monitoring over time, individualised scoliosis-specific exercise, and referral for bracing or surgical opinion when that is what the numbers call for.

Scoliosis is a three-dimensional change in the shape of the spine. It is measured on X-ray as a Cobb angle, and management depends on that number, on skeletal maturity, and on how the curve behaves over months. Exercise-based scoliosis therapy has evidence for improving posture, strength and quality of life, and for supporting bracing programs. What no clinic can promise is a straight spine — we are explicit about that from the first visit.

What the assessment includes

  • History, growth stage and family history
  • Adam's forward bend test with scoliometer reading
  • Digital posture and trunk-rotation scan
  • Review of existing X-rays and Cobb angle
  • Leg length, hip and shoulder balance screening
  • Breathing and trunk mobility assessment

What a program looks like

  • Curve-specific corrective exercise, taught one to one
  • Postural and breathing work built into daily habits
  • Home program of 15–25 minutes, most days
  • Re-measurement every 8–12 weeks
  • Coordination with an orthotist for bracing if indicated
  • Referral for a spinal surgical opinion for large or progressing curves

Who it is for

Adolescents in or near a growth spurt, adults with pain from an established curve, and parents who want objective monitoring rather than guesswork. Growing adolescents with progressing curves need medical co-management; we work with, not instead of, your paediatrician or spinal specialist.

Department 05

Flat feet & custom insoles

Foot and gait assessment, footwear advice, foot strengthening, and insoles made to your foot — from over-the-counter options to fully custom orthotics.

A flat foot is not automatically a problem: plenty of people have low arches and no symptoms. What matters is whether your foot mechanics explain your pain, and whether they can be changed. We start with an assessment, treat what is treatable with exercise and load management, and use insoles where they add something measurable — usually comfort, tolerance and time on your feet.

What we commonly see

  • Plantar heel pain (plantar fasciitis)
  • Flexible flat foot with arch or inner-ankle fatigue
  • Bunion (hallux valgus) discomfort in shoes
  • Shin pain and medial tibial stress in runners
  • Knee pain related to foot and hip mechanics
  • Children's foot posture questions from parents

The insole process

  • Static foot posture and mobility assessment
  • Gait observation and pressure/footprint scan
  • Discussion of goals: walking, standing at work, running, court sport
  • Cast or digital capture for custom devices
  • Fitting, break-in schedule and comfort review
  • Two-week review, then adjustment if needed

Honest expectations

Insoles are a support, not a correction: they change how load reaches your foot, and the evidence supports them mainly for symptom relief and comfort rather than for permanently reshaping arches. They work best combined with foot and calf strengthening and sensible footwear. We will tell you if a 400,000 VND off-the-shelf insole plus exercise is likely to serve you as well as a custom pair.

Department 06

Massage therapy

Therapeutic, sports, deep tissue and relaxation massage by trained therapists — in a clinical setting, with the pressure you actually asked for.

Massage is one of the most useful supporting tools we have: it reduces muscular tension, helps people tolerate rehab, and gives the nervous system a break. It is also the treatment most often oversold, so we keep the framing simple. Massage manages symptoms and supports recovery. It does not realign bones, remove toxins or replace exercise.

Types available

  • Therapeutic massage focused on one painful region
  • Sports massage, pre- or post-event
  • Deep tissue for chronic tension patterns
  • Relaxation and stress-relief massage
  • Foot and lower-leg massage
  • Cupping add-on with the TCM department

What a session looks like

  • Short intake: what hurts, pressure preference, areas to avoid
  • Private room, draping respected throughout
  • Pressure checked during the session, not just at the start
  • Heat or cupping if requested and appropriate
  • One or two self-care tips at the end

Who it is for

Anyone with muscular tension, desk-related stiffness, training soreness, or who simply recovers better with regular hands-on work. Let us know about recent injuries, skin conditions, pregnancy, blood-thinning medication or varicose veins so we can adapt. Massage is postponed if you have a fever, an acute infection or an undiagnosed lump.

When to see a doctor first, not us

  • Trauma with suspected fracture or dislocation
  • Fever, unexplained weight loss or night pain that wakes you
  • Progressive weakness, numbness in the saddle area, or loss of bladder or bowel control
  • Sudden severe headache unlike anything you have had before
  • Chest pain, breathlessness, or a hot swollen calf

If any of these apply, contact a medical doctor or emergency service. We screen for them at every first visit and will refer you without treating.
