Questions about paying
Do I have to buy credit?
No. À la carte is a normal way to be treated here, and most people start that way. The credit is simply the one discount we offer, and it makes sense once you know you will come regularly.
What happens to the package I already bought?
Nothing changes. Existing packages keep their terms and are honoured to the last session.
Can the credit be used for the first assessment?
Yes — the credit covers any session on the price list, including a first chiropractic assessment.
What if I do not use all the credit?
It stays on your account indefinitely and can be shared with your family, so in practice it does not go to waste. If your circumstances change, talk to us and we will find a fair solution.
