Packages have no expiry pressure attached: we agree a sensible timeframe with you, and unused sessions can be transferred to a family member with our agreement.

Programmes are indicative. The final composition is agreed with you after the assessment and can be adjusted as you progress.
Questions about paying
Do I have to buy a package?
No. À la carte is a normal way to be treated here, and most people start that way. A package makes sense only once we both know how many sessions your case realistically needs.
Can I split a package between services?
Yes — that is the point of core sessions. Chiropractic follow-ups, acupuncture and Pilates share the same price, so the split can change as your case moves from pain control to rebuilding.
Is the first assessment included?
No. The first chiropractic assessment is a longer visit and is billed separately from every package and programme.
How do I pay?
Cash, card and bank transfer at reception. Ask us if you would rather split a programme into instalments — we can usually arrange it.
What if I stop early?
Unused sessions are refunded at the à la carte rate for the sessions you have already used, so you are never trapped in a plan that is not working.
Are these prices final?
Session prices are fixed and published. Programme totals are indicative until your assessment, because the number of rehabilitation or massage sessions may be adjusted to your case.
