Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly. If your problem needs a medical opinion or imaging first, we will tell you at the assessment and help you arrange it.
How long is the first appointment?
About an hour for chiropractic, including the examination, the explanation and — when appropriate — the first treatment.
Which language will my appointment be in?
English, Vietnamese or French with your clinician. For Russian, Korean or Italian, tell us at booking and we arrange translation support.
Do you work with insurance?
We issue itemised invoices you can submit to most international insurers. We do not bill insurers directly.
Is there parking?
Yes — motorbike parking at the entrance, and street parking for cars in front of the building.
Can I bring my child?
Yes. Children are welcome, and the reception area is within sight of the rooms.
