About

A clinic built around assessment, not guesswork

Four services, one building, one shared patient file — and a rule that nothing gets treated before it has been examined.

Our story

How the clinic started

The clinic began as a single chiropractic practice in Đà Nẵng, run by a Doctor of Chiropractic trained in France. It grew for a simple reason: patients kept needing something that sat just outside one discipline — acupuncture for tension they could not shake, structured rehabilitation after the pain had gone, movement coaching to stop it coming back.

Rather than send everyone across the city, we brought those services into the same building and put them on the same notes. Traditional Chinese Medicine came first, then rehabilitation, then the Pilat'Nest studio upstairs, and finally the Well'Nest recovery space with the team of Doctor Shark Spa.

Today it is four pillars with one reception, one booking system and one file per patient — deliberately kept small enough that your clinicians actually talk to each other.

Philosophy

Six things we hold to

Assess before you treat

No treatment plan is written before an examination. If we cannot explain why we are doing something, we do not do it.

Explain it plainly

You should be able to repeat your diagnosis and your plan to someone at home without using a single technical word.

Load beats rest

For most musculoskeletal problems, graded loading outperforms rest. Passive care exists to make that loading possible, not to replace it.

Fewer visits, done properly

We aim for the smallest number of sessions that gets the result, and we say when we think you no longer need us.

Know the limits

Conservative care has boundaries. Recognising them early and referring on is part of the job, not a failure.

Respect traditional medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine is practised here by a licensed practitioner, on its own terms, without inflated claims.

Technology

What we measure, and how

  • Digital posture and gait screening, with a written report you keep
  • Movement screening and orthopaedic testing at every assessment
  • Cobb-angle tracking from existing imaging, plus standardised posture photographs for scoliosis
  • DTS spinal decompression, high-intensity laser and shockwave therapy where indicated
  • Foot capture for over-the-counter and custom-made insoles
  • Shared digital patient file across all four pillars

Measurement exists to inform your plan and to show change over time. No scan or number replaces a clinical examination.
